When you place a call to Jann, she promises to:
- Respond to your call quickly
- Meet with you at a convenient location of your choice
- Listen to your needs in order to advise
- Personally refer and escort you to a licensed facility matched to your needs
- Introduce you to the owner or Administrator of the recommended facility
- Help negotiate the best price for you
- Help you complete necessary paperwork
- Follow up within two weeks after placement with facility, family members and senior
- Offer LVN monitoring of facility for quality of care on an ongoing basis if requested by family
- Offer counseling to resident and social monitoring on an ongoing basis if requested by family
- Be available to family members and Senior for any future placements to skilled nursing facilities
- Maintain the highest professional standards
